Dear keggster,
I hope all is well during these challenging times and that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.
With the end of the year approaching, I wanted to take some time to reflect and be grateful for everything we’ve achieved and thank you all for the support.
At the beginning of the summer, we launched kegg’s online shop right in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic and over the past few months – when suddenly our homes became busier than ever – we’ve seen incredible growth in demand as more women are searching for an ‘at home convenient fertility solution’ to monitor their cycles and maximize the chance of conceiving. Launching kegg in the midst of the pandemic was challenging as it impacted everything from production to shipping, but it was beautiful to see kegg come to life nonetheless.
We happily heard of first pregnancies among our community and we are grateful for the resilience of those women who are still trying.
We expanded our market to Singapore in October with a huge hope to help women in the Asian market fight old taboos about sexuality and be empowered to learn about their fertility.
We have previously raised money with some of the best early stage Venture Funds and we recently announced a total round of $1.5M. We are extremely grateful for the support of our investors who believe in our mission at kegg.
With ever growing needs of our company, we also expanded our team and worked to strengthen our ability to work remotely (we were already a remote company before covid), all whilst maintaining our values. Thank you so much to the team for working hard in making our kegg users satisfied.
Last but not least, I want to thank our community of women for constant support and constructive feedback.
