If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel your own order within one hour of purchase. We try to fulfill and send your order as quickly as possible, which may limit your ability to adjust or cancel a shipment. Please note that orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled. That means if you’ve received a confirmation email with an order number, we are unable to cancel the order.
